Privacy policy
This policy explains how Philippe Naouri LLC ("Philippe Naouri Studio", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit philippenaouri.studio, send us an enquiry, or use our client portal.
01What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to work with you:
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your answers about the property (its location, your situation, what you are considering, scope, timing and your concerns).
- Public professional information: when you send an enquiry, we may look up publicly available information about you and your company, such as a company website, news articles and public social media profiles, to prepare our reply. We do not access anything behind a login.
- Client portal: if you become a client, your name, email address, the project records we share with you (stages, decisions, meetings, updates, invoices) and sign-in and security logs.
- Website analytics: only if you accept cookies, how you use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) and anonymised recordings of visits. See our cookie policy.
- Emails you send us, and any documents you attach.
02How we use it
We use personal information to:
- reply to your enquiry and follow it up;
- decide whether a project is a fit, and prepare our first conversation;
- deliver our services to clients and keep the project record in the portal;
- send the emails you would expect: confirmations, portal notices and invoices;
- understand and improve the website, where you have agreed to analytics;
- meet our legal, accounting and security obligations.
03Services we rely on
We use a small number of providers, each only for its purpose: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Cloud (the portal's database), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (website analytics, only with consent), Apify (searching public web sources about enquiries) and OpenAI (summarising those public sources for us). They process information on our instructions. Some are located in the United States.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the project and afterwards as long as the law requires us to (for example, invoices and tax records). Analytics data is kept for up to twelve months.
05Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose. You can withdraw your consent to analytics through the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page.
If you live in California, you have the rights given by the California Consumer Privacy Act, including to know, delete and correct your information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to contact@philippenaouri.studio. We will reply within 30 days.
06Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, restricted access, two-factor sign-in for the studio's own accounts, and audit logs in the portal. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects you.
07Children
The site and portal are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
08Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date above; significant changes will be shown on the site.
