Terms of use
These terms apply when you use philippenaouri.studio, operated by Philippe Naouri LLC ("Philippe Naouri Studio", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. Our services themselves are governed by the written agreement we sign with each client.
01The content of the site
The text, photographs, films, drawings, renderings and design of the site belong to Philippe Naouri Studio or to their authors, who have allowed us to use them. You may view them and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Some images are visualisations or renderings of houses in development, and some are AI-assisted; they illustrate a design intent and are not photographs of a finished house. Captions and credits say so.
02No offer, no advice
The site presents the studio's work. It is not an offer to provide services, and nothing on it is architectural, legal, financial or investment advice. Descriptions of projects, sizes, dates and status are given in good faith and may change.
03Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us. Please do not send confidential information you do not want us to hold; we treat what you send as described in our privacy policy.
04The client portal
Access to the portal is by invitation only and is personal to you. Keep your password and two-factor device safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. What the portal shows is governed by your agreement with the studio.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
06Links to other sites
We link to press and other sites we do not control, and are not responsible for their content or practices.
07Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use or from its being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction. We may update them; the date above shows the current version.
